Grind Coconut, Grated Onion and Tomato separately. Take oil in a pan and add Onion & Garlic & Ginger paste fry till golden brown add all the spices & fry till done.
Add Chopped Spring onions and cook. Add Tomato puree and very finely chopped Bamboo Shoot and enough water and salt.
Cook till water evaporates & oil separates out from the pan. Garnish with Coriander & Serve it.
