Chop prepared Bamboo Shoot into moderately sized pieces, capsicum and spring onions into long strips. Mix maida/corn flour & egg.
Add chilli powder, soya sauce, vinegar, salt, ajinomotto, tandoori color with water & mix to form a thick batter.
Dip chopped Bamboo Shoot in the batter & fry in oil till it turns golden brown and keep aside. Take little oil in a pan, put finely chopped Onion, fry till it turns golden brown add garlic & ginger paste.
Then add capsicum spring onions & fry till cooked. Lastly add the fried bamboo shoot to the above. Further add soya sauce, vinegar, chilli powder, tomato sauce and toss well. Sprinkle cut coriander & serve hot with sauce.
